No, the Tive Meetings in Lisbon are an employee only event.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received by June 20th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the July trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

Executive Group Travel will be handling all flight bookings. Once you complete the event registration, a representative from EGT will be in contact to provide flight options and complete the booking. We ask that you please do not book any flights on your own!

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. 

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be billed back to you through payroll.

This is a casual trip. The average tempetures in Lisbon in July is 82 degrees. 

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Should I book or pay for my hotel or flight?

The Hotel and Airfare are directly billed to the company and should not be reserved/paid by team members.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes, but for arrivals we ask everyone to use a taxi and expense the cost of your trip.  Please partner up with co-workers on your same flights.

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Travefy app (through Trip Plans) that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
