International Travel day to Lisbon, Portugal
* Check-in time is 3:00pm.
If you are arriving outside EUROPE you have two options for flight arrivals. You can either fly on the red eye Sunday night and arrive Monday but your room might not be ready and able to check in. But you will have all day free to explore Lisbon and acclimate to the time change. Or you can fly in Monday night on the red eye and your room will be booked for you Monday night so when you arrive Tuesday morning the room will be ready to grab a couple hours of sleep before Tuesday 2pm kickoff session.
Upon arrival, please use Uber to transfer you to the Pestana Palace and expense the cost of your trip. Please partner up with co-workers on your same flights.
When selecting your pick up location please use "Terminal 1 Kiss and Fly". When you exit baggage claim please head to the right and up the escalators 1 level you. At the top of the escalators please exit out of the doors directly to the left and cross over to the pick up location parking area.

Travel day for attendees coming from EMEA. Please plan to land by 12:30pm into Lisbon airport.
12:00pm - 1:45pm - Join us for a buffet lunch at the Palace prior to the start of our afternoon meetings. We have a private dining area reserved with a buffet lunch in the main Palace for the Tive group.
**Please make sure you give yourself ample time to walk across the street to the meeting space for a 2 PM start**
2:00pm - 5:30pm -Tive General Sessions. The Tive General Session will be held in the Stables Meeting Space located directly across the street from the Main Lobby. Today's meeting will be located in Lusitano I which is the meeting room to the left when you enter the building. The focus of our meetings for this trip will be intently on training on our new sales process and opportunity qualification methodology (MEDDPICC).
7:00pm - 9:00pm - Join us tonight for a Welcome Reception at Café In located along the Tagus River to kick off a great week!
Please plan to take an Uber with your coworkers down to the restaurant. For those looking to enjoy a nice evening walk it's about 15-18 minutes downhill from the hotel.
Dinner and drinks will be served.
7:00am- 8:15am - Start your day with breakfast in the Palace prior to the start of the Tive meetings.

8:30am-10:30am -Today's Tive Workshops will be held in the Stables Meeting Space located directly across the street from the Main Lobby. Today's meeting will be located in Lusitano I which is the meeting room to the right when you enter the building.
10:30am-11:00am - Break outside @ Stables
Workshops will resume at 11:00 AM and conclude at 12:30 PM
12:30pm-1:30pm - Join us for a buffet lunch at the Palace following the conclusion of our meetings. We have a private dining area reserved with a buffet lunch in the main Palace for the Tive group.
1:30pm-3:30pm - Following lunch we will finish the day back in the Stables Meeting Space located directly across the street from the Main Lobby. Our meetings will continue in the Lusitano I meeting room for the remainder of the day.
4:15pm - Tive Offsite Bonding Adventure & Tuk Tuk Tour. Join us for an afternoon of sightseeing and team bonding on the Tejo Tuk Tuk Tour! This private guided tour is hosted by local guides who have an education in tourism and leisure. They have in-depth knowledge of the history, culture, art and architecture. Get ready to be surprised and to share experiences!
Please meet in the lobby at 4:15 PM for a 4:30 PM departure.
7:30 PM - Tive Small Group Dine-Arounds at the LX Factory. Tonight you will enjoy a small group dinner with your co-workers at a selected restaurant within the historic Lx Factory.

Our meetings will continue in the Lusitano I meeting room for the remainder of the day. Breakouts will resume at 1:30 PM and conclude for the day at 4:00 PM.
**Please note: you will be responsible for delivering your QBR to a small group today, groups will be announced at the event**
For those looking for a nightcap, take advantage of the prime location near the Bairro Alto neighborhood. Know for it's lively night scene and street lined with bars and patrons fill the street to celebrate together.
